Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Customized Courses

Thank you for choosing Seek2Success for your learning journey. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our customized courses. Please read our refund policy carefully:

 

1. General Refund Eligibility  
   Due to the nature of customized courses, refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
   - Course customization has not commenced (i.e., before any personalized content is developed).
   - The content delivered significantly deviates from the agreed customization specifications.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
   Refunds will not be issued if:
   - The learner has downloaded the course content.
   - The learner has completed or partially completed the customized course.
   - The learner voluntarily cancels or discontinues the course after customization has started.

3. Refund Request Process  
   - All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Academic Counsellor within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of receiving the customized course content.  
   - Please include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.  
   - Requests will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the decision within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds 
   Partial refunds may be granted if:
   - Only certain parts of a customized course were unsatisfactory or not provided as agreed, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.

5. Exceptions and Modifications
   - We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website and will not affect purchases already made.
